After updating to v3.3.1, podcasts take a full 2 minutes to appear in the subscription list #182

  • Update to v3.3.1. I think I was previously on v3.3.0, but I could have missed an interim version.
  • Refresh the app's main page

  • Nothing appears until a full 2 minutes later.

  • I do have a couple of subscriptions that don't appear to have loaded properly, even after they all show up. so maybe this is the issue? GPodder Sync seems to stall on Loading RSS data..., but it still shows the item with the URL as the name. Here's one of the problematic feed URLs:

Okay, my new method to fetch the list is wrong.

It works well on a small list, but fall appart with a big one.
What a headache.

I revert the #178 fix, just leaving the cache optimization, not the global fetching
