Thank you for RePod!

Everytime when I open RePod, all podcast profile images (and I think description too) are fetched again.
I have a huge list of podcasts, and the loading of the podcasts lasts really long.

My suggestion: Cache the profile images (and the description).

That's embarrassing.

I was pretty sure I use the gpodder cache system for that, like we had some issue previously regarding the cache system #58 and #107 but not everywhere, I missed some parts.
