This allow you to use the rank feature with SimplyPerms.

With this you can allow someone to grant someone else on a specified group.

Commands :

*   /rank [player] [group]
*   /ranker [player] [group]
*   /setrank [player] [group]

Permission :

*   permissions.rank.[groupname]
