# Privacy Agreement - Snaparazzi
This Privacy Agreement ("the Agreement") is entered into between the developers of the application, hereinafter referred to as "the Developer," and the users of the "Snaparazzi" application.
## 1. Photo Confidentiality
1.1. Users of the "Snaparazzi" application acknowledge and agree that all photos taken within the game are strictly confidential and will not be stored or used for purposes other than those of the game.
1.2. The Developer guarantees that all photos taken within the game are securely stored for the duration of the gameplay session only and are automatically deleted at the end of the session.
## 2. Data Collection and Processing
2.1. The Developer guarantees that no personal data is collected, stored, or used by the "Snaparazzi" application.
2.2. No processing is performed on the photos taken within the game, and no data is generated from these photos.
## 3. Distribution on the Apple App Store
3.1. Users acknowledge and agree that the "Snaparazzi" application is distributed on the Apple App Store, and therefore, they are also subject to Apple's privacy policies.
## 4. Duration of the Agreement
4.1. This Agreement enters into force on the date of downloading the "Snaparazzi" application and remains in force as long as the application is used by the user.
## 5. Applicable Law
5.1. This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in your country, and any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your country.
